1. General provisions
1.1. This Cookie Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) is developed in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on personal data protection and regulates the use of cookies on the site https://arzinger.by/ (hereinafter – the Site), which is owned by Arzinger Legal LLC (220030, Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Sovetskaya str. 12, office 29) (hereinafter – Arzinger or we).
1.2. The Policy explains to the Site users for what purposes and how Arzinger processes cookies, as well as how users can control this process.
1.3. Cookies are small files with text and / or digital information that are transmitted to the browser of the user's device when visiting the Site. 3.4. We inform users that the following risks may arise when transferring data to such countries:
- lack of specific legislation regulating the protection of personal data;
- the absence of an independent authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects;
- limited scope of rights of personal data subjects;
- use of improper methods of obtaining personal data, illegal processing of personal data, as a result of which personal data may become available to an unlimited number of persons.
4. Setting and managing cookies
4.1. When visiting the Site for the first time, the user is asked to consent to the use of cookies or refuse to use them by means of a pop-up informational banner.

5. User’s rights
5.1. Users of the Site who are personal data subject have the right to:

6. Final provisions
6.1. The policy is published freely on the Internet on the Site and is valid from the moment of its approval.
6.2. Arzinger has the right to unilaterally change and / or supplement the terms of this Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided in such version.
