1. General provisions

1.1. This Cookie Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) is developed in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on personal data protection and regulates the use of cookies on the site https://arzinger.by/  (hereinafter – the Site), which is owned by Arzinger Legal LLC (220030, Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Sovetskaya str. 12, office 29) (hereinafter – Arzinger or we).

1.2. The Policy explains to the Site users for what purposes and how Arzinger processes cookies, as well as how users can control this process.

1.3. Cookies are small files with text and / or digital information that are transmitted to the browser of the user's device when visiting the Site. Upon subsequent accesses to the Site, the browser sends such files to the server in order to authenticate the user, store their personal preferences and settings, track the session status, and provide other functions necessary for the correct operation of the Site.

1.4. We process cookies for the following purposes:

• ensuring the security of Site users.
• correct functioning of the Site and improve its usability.
• collect aggregated analytical information to evaluate and improve the Site's performance.

3. Information obtained from cookies. Third parties. Cross-border transfer

3.1. By processing cookies, the following information about users can be obtained:

When using these services, depersonalized (pseudonymized) and/or aggregated data may be transferred across borders to the servers of the relevant service providers located outside the Republic of Belarus, including states where the proper level of protection of the rights of personal data subjects is not provided.

3.4. We inform users that the following risks may arise when transferring data to such countries:

• lack of specific legislation regulating the protection of personal data;
• the absence of an independent authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects;
• limited scope of rights of personal data subjects;
• use of improper methods of obtaining personal data, illegal processing of personal data, as a result of which personal data may become available to an unlimited number of persons.

4. Setting and managing cookies

4.1. When visiting the Site for the first time, the user is asked to consent to the use of cookies or refuse to use them by means of a pop-up informational banner.

• By clicking the “Accept” button, the user agrees to the use of optional cookies (analytical and functional). Technical (necessary/mandatory) cookies are always applied.
• When you click the “Reject” button, only mandatory (technical) cookies are saved.

4.2. We store the user's choice of cookie settings for 1 (one) year. After this period expires, the user's consent is requested again on the next visit to the Site via an information banner.

4.5. Please note that the correct operation of the Site is possible only with mandatory (technical) cookies. Blocking them can lead to incorrect operation of certain functions. Disabling analytical and functional cookies limits the ability to improve the Site's performance and personalize the user experience.

5. User’s rights

5.1. Users of the Site who are personal data subject have the right to:

• withdraw your consent to the use of cookies at any time (except for mandatory ones);
• get information about how cookies are processed;
• find out which third parties they are provided to;
• request the termination of cookie processing and / or their deletion if there are no legal grounds for processing;

6. Final provisions

6.1. The policy is published freely on the Internet on the Site and is valid from the moment of its approval.

6.2. Arzinger has the right to unilaterally change and / or supplement the terms of this Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided in such version.
