Agreement between Belarus and Russia on Mutual Visa Recognition
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs notified of the entry into force on January 11, 2025 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation on mutual visa recognition and on other issues related to the entry of foreign citizens and stateless persons on the territory of the States Parties - parties to the Agreement on the Establishment of the Union State, signed on June 19, 2020 (the Agreement).

Changes in Technical and Cryptographic Protection of Information
On December 18, a revised version of the Order of the Operational and Analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 66, dated February 20, 2020, “On Measures for the Implementation of the Edict of the President No. 449 of December 9, 2019,” was published. The amendments clarify the procedure for technical and cryptographic protection of information in information systems (IS) designated for processing data with restricted spread and/or access.
The revised version will take effect on March 1, 2024.
