Advising the Client (an importer of medical products) on the issues of providing a certificate (passport) of the manufacturer in terms of “sterility” for each batch (series) of supplied products and confirming the manufacturing of the products in accordance with the requirements of EU legislation and Good Manufacturing Practice.

Advising the Client on the issues of concluding rent agreement with recommendations for bringing the draft lease agreement in accordance with the current legislation, as well as for establishing a balance of interests between the lessor and the lessee.

Advising the Client that is foreign-based general constructor, performing facility construction on a turn-key basis, on the issues of facility and termination of general construction contract in connection with suspension of works by the Customer’s decision for more than three months.

Advising a large Polish construction company constructing health and fitness centers in Belarus on the issues of conservation of construction facilities at the Customer’s decision, the return of unused advance payments by subcontractors, the transfer of unused construction materials to the Customer.

Advising the Client on the issues of interaction with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus on the legalization of foreign official documents for their submission within the framework of public procurement of medicines, on issues of checking manufacturers of pharmaceutical products for their compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the field of production of pharmaceutical products.

We advised the Client that is an international home furnishing company on providing a subordinated loan to a Belarus-based supplier as well as on the issues of concluding pledge equipment agreement and registering the pledge in the Register of movable property encumbered with a pledge.

Advicing the Client on the procedure for carrying out repair and restoration works of immovable historical and cultural values ​​and the procedure for obtaining foreign donation for these purposes (as an alternative financing option).

Advising the Client that is a large international pharmaceutical company on the issues of concluding supply contract in the result of an electronic auction. Holding negotiations with RUE "Belpharmacia" regarding conclusion supply contract with a view to state procurement procedures legislation.

Consulting the Client on the issues of eliminating defects within the warranty period under a construction contract and recovery of damages due to the non-quality performance of works on technical supervision within the construction of the facility. The case was complicated due to the fact that the general constructor had been recognized as a bankrupt and according to the law claims of eliminating defects as a non-monetary claims were not subject to satisfaction within bankruptcy proceeding initiated by economic court with regard to the general constructor.

Representation of the client’s interests in the course of raising direct financing from Polish Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in the amount of €55 million for construction of an office and shopping center with the floor area of 68 thousand sq.m in Grodno, Belarus.
