Mr. Korsak graduated from undergraduate and postgraduate program at the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University. Internship at the Karl-Franz University (Graz, Austria).
From 2003 to 2006, he worked for the JurExpertGroup ALC law firm. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Korsak worked for the Anvira law firm as an attorney, senior attorney, deputy director.
In 2015, he was granted special permit (license) for providing legal assistance No. 02240/2662.
Mr. Alexander Korsak is on the list of recommended arbiters of the International Arbitration Court of the BelCCI and is an arbiter of Nowy Tomysl CCI Arbitration Court (Poland).
He is the Managing Partner of the Arzinger Law Office.
Mr. Korsak practices in the issues of intellectual property law, competition, taxation law.

Landmark Deal of 2018. Polish Company CDRL S.A. Purchased 90% of the Belarusian Retailer "Buslik"
The deal was closed on January 1, 2019. On January 2 the company got a new brand name "DPM". Partners of Arzinger Alexander Korsak, Dmitry Viltovsky and lawyers Aleksei Mikhailov and Nikolai Gorelik led the project on behalf of CDRL S.A. During the work they cooperated with consultants K&L Gates (Warsaw office).
The law on ratification of the Agreement on the procedure for managing copyright and related rights on a collective basis has been signed
The agreement itself was signed on November 10, 2017 by the governments of member states of EAEU.
