Mr. Slepitch graduated from the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University.
Undertook an internship on real estate mortgage issues at “Woolwich Building Society” (Great Britain).
He has the master’s degree in finance and credit of the Belarusian State Economic University.
Juri Slepitch is the lawyer certified by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus (certificate No. 1701, 16.10.2013).
Juri’s experience in working at the Belarusian legal services market is over 20 years. Prior to joining the Arziner & Partners Law Firm, he worked as a corporate lawyer in private manufacturing companies from 1990 to 1992. From 1992 to 2013, he worked in Priorbank JSC (Raiffeisen Group) as a deputy head of legal department, vice-president, executive director of the bank. Juri has a five-year experience as the chairman of supervisory board and trustee of shares owned by the Republic of Belarus in Krynitsa JSC, Brest Beer JSC, Polotsk Beer JSC, which held about 65 percent of the beer and beverages market in Belarus.
From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Slepitch was a local compliance officer and fraud officer in Priorbank JSC (Raiffeisen Group).
Juri is specialized in the issues of banking and financial deals including project financing and securities markets, bonds and options, infrastructure deals. He is an adviser in the issues of personnel audit, labor legal relations.
Juri Slepitch took part in a meeting of the Belarusian part of the Belarusian-German non-governmental council for business cooperation
The meeting was organized and was held within the walls of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The goal of the meeting was to develop proposals of the Belarusian side in order to discuss them with representatives of German business. The next meeting of the Council is due in Leipzig.

When shall Employers Make an Additional Payment to Employees Receiving a Personal Injury at a Workplace?
Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 575 establishes cases when an employee shall receive an additional payment up to average earnings due to personal injuries.
