Since 2017, Veronika is the doctoral candidate of the National Center of Legislation and Legal Research of the Republic of Belarus.
She was the coach of the Belarusian State University team for the 26th Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and a referee of students competitions in international law and international arbitration in Austria, Poland, Latvia and Belarus (Jessup, Vis Moot, ICC Lex Mercatoria).
Veronika also heads the Young Alternative Dispute Resolution Belarus (Young ADR Belarus) initiative for young professionals in the field of dispute resolution in Belarus.
He has been working with Arzinger since 2016.
She is specialized in the issues of supporting investment projects, cooperation between investors and government bodies and organizations, is an advisor for IT companies. Veronika also deals with dispute resolution issues in arbitration courts (including international arbitrations).

Recently, the draft of the first Law on Personal Data in Belarus has been adopted in the first reading by the House of Representatives
This document is being drafted since 2017, and this fact proves its importance for setting the grounds for cybersecurity in Belarus. Today protection of personal data is a tendency of the development of legislation in Europe (we are sure, you have heard about the GDPR and appropriate amendments to the legislation of the EU member states), and Belarus makes its attempt to regulate processing of personal data. In case this law is adopted, it will affect all of us: individuals, private companies and state bodies. However, this law will not apply to the relationships related to personal, family, home and similar use of personal data for non-commercial purposes.

Victory in a large construction arbitration in Stockholm
Arzinger congratulates Julia Mironchik and Veronika Pavlovskaya on a brilliant victory in a multimillion-dollar construction dispute between a Central European construction company and the subsidiary of a transnational corporation. On December 5 the ceremonial meeting devoted to the 10th anniversary of the Youth Chamber at the Minsk City Council of Deputies was held at the City Hall. The Youth Chamber has become the first youth parliamental body in the Republic of Belarus, and today it still heads this movement in our country.
