Arzinger Law Offices helped a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company to amicably settle a dispute with its Belarusian distributor, which had been pending since 2016. As a result of negotiations, the parties managed to find mutually acceptable solutions and sign an international mediation agreement. The antitrust proceedings on alleged violation of the general rules of competition by our client – Belkabel Association of cable industry enterprises – lasted for more than a year and a half. Eventually, no breach of the general rules of competition in cross-border markets was detected.
